90 Second Ladder Shuttle Runs
90 sec on, 1 min off,
90 sec on, 45 sec off,
90 sec on, 30 sec off,
90 sec on, 15 sec off,
90 sec on, 30 sec off,
90 sec on, 45 sec off ,
90 sec on. Proceed to throw up :)
